Quit Today, Quit Tomorrow
This is a very simple concept that doesn’t need much explanation. It’s best explained via example. If you quit eating healthy today saying you will eat healthy tomorrow, you will find that it will be just as easy to quit tomorrow as well.
If you don’t have the ability to stop yourself today it will only become a habit of you not stopping yourself over and over again.
So basically don’t quit on yourself today with the intention of not quitting on yourself tomorrow.
