Getting to Where You Want to Go
We have all been there, we have the right attitude and positive intentions to get to our goals. However, having only those things won’t get you to where you want to go. You need to take action. Without action or even baby steps in the right direction you will never get anywhere.
For example, you could be gung ho about losing weight. You have the right attitude, you have done your homework, your intentions are there, but that’s all you have. You are not eating right or exercising. You need to act the part. It doesn’t matter how little you act as long as you are doing something.
So in conclusion having the right attitude and intentions are great. They will keep you motivated, but what are they trying to keep you motivated to do? Action.
